Structural Renovation:

• Created a third bedroom by relocating the dining area to the generous kitchen and re-designing the cabinet layout.
• Modified the bathroom, installed robes, linen cupboard and pantry.
• Painted inside and out (including the iron roof), polished floorboards and cleared the yard.
