Eton Street
Structural Renovation and Subdivision:
Starting from the ground up, this 1910 built cottage was re-stumped and re-roofed. The enclosed sun room was opened up to create a welcoming deck and enhance street appeal. Load bearing walls were removed allowing the kitchen, dining and living area to become a more functional space. The bathroom was totally redesigned, built-in robes were installed and storage added. Along with fresh paint, new floor coverings, window furnishings and light fittings the home was re-wired and re-plumbed. The yard was landscaped and a paved outdoor area established. Subdivsion completed at a later date.
Renovation spend: $80,000 approx
