Structural renovation:

• Opened up the kitchen/dining and living rooms
• Enlarged the main bathroom, altered access to several rooms to create a more functional home.
• Utilized front and rear sun rooms to allow for a second living area and home office.
• Installed new kitchen, new main bathroom, laundry and second bathroom, some new wiring and plumbing, polished floorboards and added new carpet.
• Painted inside and out (including the roof) and cleared front and back gardens.
